I do not recommend dealing with them at all. I had delays and issues with shipping when I ordered my system direct from them. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful.
The only reason I purchased a retail computer instead of building it myself was for the support and their quick advertised processing. Neither is apparently there with iBuyPower. Avoid this vendor!!

Good gaming PC buy? iBUYPOWER Gamer 922TL?
ok professional gamers! i am fed up with searching for a great gaming machine. I have looked everywhere. my budget is $1500 and I need your opinion on the pc below at newegg.com: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227070 I have visited every freaking pc site and I think is a pretty good deal with the 9800GTX. Let me know your thoughts. I did configure one on cyberpower.com and it was close, but only had 3GB of memory, 600 power supply, but the processor was a quad 9450. Thanks.

Build it yourself...the Q9300 is lame...half the cache of the 9450 and 9550. If you build one yourself, you can swap that out, for the same price or less maybe.
